HTML-Chat and euIRC board online again

After 6 weeks of downtime the HTML Chat has found a new home. "HTML Chatters" are now connecting to irc.vie.at.euirc.net using the HTML Chat with or without SSL. Also the board is online again on a new server since a few days!
