euIRC Crash Statment

Last night we had a global G-Line set for *@*, killing and banning ALL users off the euIRCnet Chat service.
This inexcuseable mistake occured because of two main reasons:

- Human Error by the Admin ( juniper )
- Bad Parsing of mistyped g-lines (will be fixed)

The team and I are apologizing for any inconveniences this tragic occurrence may have caused.
